1) Assessment Meeting:

3) Seller Fees:

•  2.5% of the Final Sale Price

4) Buyer Fees:

• 2.5% of the Final Purchase Price

​

5) Rentals:

• Property owners: 1/2 months' rent one time payment

• Tenants: 1/2 months' rent

6) Property Valuation:

• Starting at 100,000

​

7) Filling Assistance

• Starting at 100,000 not exceeding 500,000
